This is a model for entry level luxury residential accommodation that gives middle class citizens a more than average quality of life. This model incorporates local building materials and sustainable design strategies.

Immerse yourself in a showcase of modern residential designs, featuring stylish interiors, landscaped gardens, and spacious exteriors. I consider this to be an entry level luxury apartment using minimalist living rooms and an open courtyard system. Special features include the generous cross ventilation to reduce the use of cooling systems, sufficient natural lighting to reduce the reliance on artificial lighting with electricity, open courtyard system for air circulation, native planting to enrich biodiversity and shelter native animal species, and the use of blue infrastructure like water fountains and swimming pools to improve outdoor air quality.
